Hosted by Dawn Pelc, Executive Director of the Porter County Substance Abuse Council (PCSAC), Matters Of Substance provides an informative look at how addiction of all types play an ever increasing role in our community. "Matters Of Substance" take on the opioid epidemic, but also will include discussion on other issues including but not limited to addition and usage of all kinds.
