I started out with disposables then dabbled with bubble bubs with a snappy and cover, only four of them. Once bub could fit the one size ones I got some alvas and some second hand itty bitty tutos. I boost with face washers I used cloth in the past and will again. I just felt awful about the amount of landfill from disposables. I last used them ten years ago so brand advice might be out of date. My tips use disposables overnight maybe disposables for newborns while you get settled. I liked itti bittis and bubblebubs for my skinny babies. For the first few months I will be using disposables just so we get the hang of things, then will transition over summer. It is so overwhelming! The leg bands seem to tighten down smaller with the econaps aswell, not to mention the material of the nappy and the booster feel amazing. Also designer bums but always had leaking issues with these. I only used the OSFM type and they fit my son well from about 8 weeks old. They were the best.
