I have also emailed and received an automated email back that says allow them 2 days to resolve and no response received. I let them know I filed a complaint with the BBB and would take further legal action by the end of the week if I did not get a response. They responded same day and reset my gift card link so I could redeem. I did have to contact them again because the gift card still had not been emailed to us after three days. Once I emailed them again, the gift card was sent same day. It is so nice to have this resolved. Too bad they do not advertise this email address on their main site in lieu of the nonresponsive contact information they do display. Their website will not authorize the redemption and no support to assist. They responded same day and reset our gift card link so I could redeem. It is nice to have this resolved.
