KENNY JAMES is an award winning entertainer who was born and raised in Northwest Indiana and graduated from Morton High School in Hammond, IN Kenny has been performing across the country for many years now and his accolades include receiving the “#1 Buddy Holly Tribute Artists Award” in Las Vegas, NV and “Best Entertainer” in Pigeon Forge, TN.

By far one of the best at recreating the music of Buddy Holly, the spirit of the late, great Texas rock pioneer is channeled in every performance by Kenny James and his incredible band, Rave On! Fans often comment how it felt as if Buddy were there on stage. Kenny is committed to giving every audience the full Buddy Holly experience.

Kenny has worked with such greats as, The Drifters, The Coasters, Chubby Checker, Buddy Knox, Tommy James and the Shondells, along with Marty Stuart to name a few. Kenny rarely has the opportunity to perform in his native Midwest, so don’t miss this opportunity to see him live at Memorial Opera House for this “homecoming concert” to help the area’s homeless critters.
