Agenda For A Better Community. ABC at Noon looks at issues affecting the City of Valparaiso. ABC stands for Agenda for a Better Community and is explained further at ABCValpo.org. We begin with acknowledgement that Valparaiso has done an excellent job with certain issues in the City, but has ignored others and these latter issues are the subjects explored on this program. Currently we are focusing on what happens at Valparaiso City Council meetings.
